An apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to gain nationally recognised qualifications and develop new skills, whilst earning money and building a relationship with an employer, in a real job.

Your apprenticeship has two parts:

• practical ‘on the job’ work experience with your employer (min 30 hours)
• structured training through one of our approved training providers*

You will spend most of your time working in the business, with a certain number of training days allocated at the chosen college

Will Your Apprenticeship Lead to a Permanent Job?

Your apprenticeship will last for a minimum period of 12 months and gives your host employer the opportunity to get to know you in the work environment. Many apprenticeships lead to an offer of a permanent job and ideally yours would be the same, but it can’t be guaranteed.
